Learn from Rutu Kachadiya
Founder of Maybac. London-trained.Rutu has baked since 2018: custom cakes from her Surat kitchen, then a professional bakery and a wholesale warehouse in London, where she also trained in artisan breads, French breads, doughnuts and desserts.
Every class is taught by her, in person, with the same recipes and ingredients used at Maybac.

Each course runs on one Saturday or Sunday, with only ten seats per batch.
Pay online to confirm
Your seat is confirmed the moment your payment goes through. Online booking opens with the first batches.

When does the first batch start?
We're putting the finishing touches to the teaching kitchen now. Register your interest by phone and we'll call you as soon as dates open.
Who teaches the classes?
Every class is taught by Rutu Kachadiya, founder of Maybac.
Can I get a refund if I can't make it?
Seats are non-refundable. You can reschedule to another date within the same month; rescheduled seats can't carry forward to the next month.
Is everything eggless?
Everything at Maybac is eggless and no dessert uses gelatine.
Do I need any experience?
Course levels will be listed with each class when bookings open.
